This Executive Summary is available in English, French, Russian and Spanish. The full summary Report of the session is published in English only. In accordance with IOC Rule of Procedure No.48.3, the report of this major subsidiary body is submitted to the IOC Assembly at its 23rd session in June 2005 for endorsement.
