Main interests are in Science Diplomacy, International Education and Capacity Development. With experience on Education Management, international cooperation and academic mobility. My master thesis was entitled: “Management of internationalisation in Colombian Universities,” where from an extensive review and two case studies I designed a management model that can be used to carry out a transversal internationalization strategy. I have worked in different Universities for several years. I started working at INVEMAR in 2020, my experience in academic agreements, mobility o international cooperation are now focused on marine research. I've participated in different activities not only training activities but of international cooperation boosting the Institute’s participation in memberships like POGO, SCOR and UICN, specially in those related to capacity development.
