Activities
The Monitoring Centre was started in 1998 when the joint decision was made by Odessa National Mechnikov University and the Research & Production Centre “Priroda” (The Nature) of the National Space Agency of Ukraine within Odessa National University to establish the Centre of Aerospace Environmental Monitoring.
Further on, in 2003, by the joint decision of Odessa National University, Odessa Oblast Council and Odessa Oblast State Administration the Centre was re-formed into the Regional Centre for Integrated Environmental Monitoring and Ecological Studies.
