The 26th Session of the Intergovernmental Coordinating Group for the Pacific Tsunami Warning and Mitigation System (ICG for PTWS)decided to continue the Task Team on Seismic Data Sharing in the SW Pacific (TTSDSSWP) under its Technical Working Group 2 – Tsunami Detection, Warning and Dissemination. The 3rd Meeting of IOC PTWS Working Group 2 Task Team on Seismic Data Sharing in the Southwest Pacific was held from 26 to 27 May 2014 in Port Vila, Vanuatu. The 4th meeting will be hosted at the premises of the Secretariat of the Pacific Community (SPC) Regional Office in Nabua, Suva, Fiji. The Task Team meeting will be preceded by a meeting of the Oceania Regional Seismic Network (ORSNET) project Steering Committee to be held on 02 November, and followed by training on SEISCOMP-3 and Tide Tool software to be held from 05 to 06 November, 2015, at the same venue.
