Tasril Mulyadi, more familiarly called Iriel, has more than 15 years of experience working as a practitioner in the field of Disaster Risk Reduction. Starting His career in 2006 as a professional in the Community Preparedness Program - Indonesian Institute of Sciences/LIPI, He is active as a resource and facilitator of Education Mainstreaming Disaster Risk Reduction socialization activities. 

Iriel becomes CEO of creative company Box Breaker. His expertise as a Content Developer Specialist makes him the editor of the SiagaBencana.Com Iriel is the Co-Founder & Creative Lead for PREDIKT! a startup developing a disaster preparedness toolkit for families. Since 2018 Iriel has been the Co Leader for U-Inspire, a SETI for DRR-based youth and professional platform and has become the Focal Point for the Sendai Framework Voluntary Commitment. Currently He is working for the Deputy for Prevention of the National Disaster Management Agency.
